Chat won’t run?
Most common cause: you haven’t saved an API key yet. Go to Dashboard → API Keys.
Approvals
Risky actions pause for approval. You can approve or reject inside Dashboard → Approvals.
Skills
Skills are pre-configured capabilities you can toggle on/off. We keep inbound webhook + schedulers disabled in cloud mode for reliability.
The fastest path for a new user to go from sign-up to a working chat.
Create your account
Sign up with email/password.
Complete trial/subscription
If you see the welcome screen, finish the checkout or use a promo code.
Add your API key
Dashboard → API Keys. Paste your provider key (OpenAI/Anthropic/Google/etc.).
Go to Chat
Dashboard → Chat. It should connect automatically.
Quick fixes for the most common “it’s not working” moments.
Stuck on “Connecting…”
First, confirm you saved at least one API key. If yes, refresh once. If it still loops, check your network and try again.
Didn’t get a verification email
Check Spam/Promotions and confirm your email has no typos. Use the resend link on the Login/Signup pages (rate limits can apply).
Why some skills are missing
We intentionally hide inbound webhook/scheduler features in cloud mode because they can break in multi-pod setups.
